Sarah brings her vast knowledge, expertise, and unique perspective, coveted by Fortune 500 companies, to business leaders. Her innate curiosity about the human condition allows her to recognize the needs not only of the business but of the actual people involved in the business. Accordingly, her philosophy is human-centered and seeks to positively impact the lives of the people with whom she comes in contact. It is more than just business for Sarah; she recognizes, values, and emphasizes the right of every individual to personal dignity, fulfillment, respect, and growth. Indeed, it is precisely in the forging of meaningful relationships with people who share and live these values that Sarah finds her greatest satisfaction in business.
Through professional development, business strategy, and management consulting, Sarah brings a strategic and systematic approach to systemic organizational challenges.
Prior to founding Hunter Global Advisory, Sarah occupied senior executive-level positions at global brands including International Business Machines (IBM), Bank of America, Rabobank, and Northern Trust Corporation. Consistently recognized as a top performer, Sarah is a three-time recipient of the IBM Service Excellence Award and a two-time recipient of Bank of America’s World-Class Customer Experience Award.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has completed coursework toward her Master of Business Administration at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She also completed the Management Development Program through Harvard Business School Alumni Association and participated in the Women’s Leadership Forum at Washington University’s Olin School of Business.
Sarah is dedicated to her spiritual practice and is a student of the wisdom of Kabbalah at The Kabbalah Centre. In her free time, Sarah enjoys creative endeavors, spending time with her family, and traveling.
